ABOUT ME
Over the years I have up-skilled myself in the design industry and have built websites, designed logos, business cards, letterheads, digital stationary and I even do social media management and marketing.
I see myself as a fast learner and eager for a challenge and as I come from a technological background, I've always had a passion in the field of design, technology and innovation with the immense expansion of information, not only on a national scale, but globally.
My managerial, personal assistance and administrative experience was gained from working in both the corporate and private business sectors for over 14 years. I therefore have executive assistant experience expanding for more than 14 years.
When the pandemic struck, I started working remotely from home for my previous employer, and have been doing this for the last 2 years.
Due to economic constraints the company I worked for closed down recently and I was retrenched, but this motivated me to start my own business in helping and assisting those in need of someone with my skillset.

I have experience with book keeping on Pastel in the past, such as cash book, bank recons, invoicing, quotes, purchase orders etc.
I have more recently worked on Xero (Accounting) and Vend (Point of Sale), and also done recons from Yoco (card payment device portal), but I am very keen on learning and developing knowledge and skills on various programs.
I love working on and with reviews, especially in managing Google Reviews and responses. In current society, this is usually the first place where people go to for information on a company, restaurant, accommodation, etc. It's vitally important to manage reviews effectively.
I've had the privilege of working with many different people, with various personalities and cultures, which made me more open-minded and flexible towards people’s needs and in understanding them, and in turn learning from them. I have also learnt a lot on my travels, about many different people, cultures and communities as I enjoy learning about various people in their work, personal and cultural environments. I have learnt how to work together effectively as a team and also to function independently as in individual, this is where I thrive and where my creativity comes alive.
I know how to handle people and situations effectively, which has broadened my communicational skills; in turn developing an understanding of different types of people, identifying their needs, in order to find the best suited solution to help.
